About Our Trainers

Samantha Jepson

Samantha began her riding career at the age of six, and over the course of her life has made becoming a top notch trainer her main goal in life.

Specializing in starting colts and working with problem horses, having multiple completed apprenticeships under world class trainers in working cow horse, cutting, reining, and english riding, she has the back ground to put a solid foundation on any horse, and the ability to help any horse work through any issues it may have.  After winning The Arizona Horsemans Challenge 2015, Samantha has begun to focus on starting colts headed into a career in Working Equitation, allowing her to combine solid trail basics and dressage work in a most enjoyable way!

She spent a number of years herself in the team roping arena and working on ranches, so she fully understands what is needed in a good working horse.

Samantha does almost all of the riding lessons, and as she herself has spent her life learning, she has a wonderful way of teaching, from the ground up with a great deal of patience. With a down to earth way of explaining how to clearly ask your horse to accomplish what you are asking of it, her students learn quickly and advance their horsemanship skills to levels she never expected to see!

Madison Nash

Madison Nash is an up and coming trainer who is putting her talents towards colt starting and reining/reined cowhorse, and is enjoying using the Working Equitation with the young reiners/reined cowhorses as a tool to keep their minds fresh and training purposeful. With years of experience starting off in the youth riding world and gymkhanas, and now having a number of successfully completed apprenticeships with multiple trainers, Madison is an excellent hand with a great ability to read the needs of horses. Madi is looking forward to starting to cover some of the lessons this year and getting to enjoy watching colts and students mutual progress!
